ICICI Bank — Freezing account against credit card payment which is due to illegal transaction

ICICI bank has freezed my account against the credit card due payment which was completely illegal and I have not done any of the transaction on that. It was done by someone else and i filed complaint about this also. All documents have been forwarded to ICICI via email. I have purchased mobile phone with the same credit card on EMI and I am regularly paying it every month without fail. Still they have blocked some amount which is unethical. It is leading me to completely cut any relation with ICICI bank in future. Please resolve my issue. Priyen Gadani [protected]
