[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — I want Complaint Against ICICI Bank Sec-1 Noida

Dear, Sir /Mam
I have opened a Savings Account in ICICI Bank Sec-1 Noida.
However, despite two months having passed, the bank is:
a) Not giving me the account passbook, and,
b) Not providing any information regarding charges they will levy for various services.
Pl instruct the bank to provide the passbook and also, clear information on their schedule of charges I Visited 8 Times To Branch but the executive Giving me Same Dialog Sir pls Visit Next Week.i Think ICICI Bank Is Poor Bank They Dont Have Passbook to Give Custumer.
