ICICI Bank Complaint Filed on: 02/09/2014 | Loss amount: Rs. 1309.0 Dear Sir, I Mr.Imran Umar Batliwala, residing in Mumbai - 400003, I am holding ICICI Bank - Credit Card Product, ( Card No. [protected] ), Since last 7 years without any dispute, in the month of July my dues was Rs.6405, I had paid Rs.6500. the due dates was 13 July 2014, but due to some personal problem i had paid the same amount on 25th of July 2014 as i was 10 days late they had charged me Rs.875 in next billing cycle. So in this concerned I had visited the ICICI Bank Fort branch and Belapur Branch respectively, They told me that I have to contact Customer Service center for this matter. When I contacted the Customer Service Center, they had given me a concession of Rs.150, in this mean while my next billing cycle was issued me of Rs.1309, now the dispute is they said me to pay Rs.1309, which is wrongly charged to me. So I request you to solve this matter asap with your kind cooperation and support. Along with that also informed you that my next billing cycle started from 14/9/2014 and as per credit card terms they definitely charge me more penalty in next billing cycle. Now this is my open words until unless this matter will not solve from Akosha, I will never pay a single penny to ICICI Bank - Credit Card. Whole is responsible is Akosha because your team was given assurance on calls many times which is failed to resolve, Now I will hire responsible advocate and fight the case against ICICI Bank ~ Credit Card Dept and as well as Akosha too, because your team given false assurance on my subject case and stretched also wasted my valuable time, So after all if you have a piece of courtesy for your paid member then kindly show some true commitment or assurances from your side, hence so I get best relief. If no then then I will drive this case as per my terms. We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#1044177). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.
