[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Icici bank cusomer care not responding after an half hour & charging costly. | |||
I called ICICI Bank customer care to solve my problem as my atm card block due to non operation for long time.But they kept me on wait for 20 mins and neither of customer care representative responded. So, My problem not solved and I had to bear costly mobile charges in addition. Why is there so lackadaisical attitude of customer care employees?
