ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank - DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

Hi, I am Rajeev working as a software professional. I have a demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is Two debit transaction 'one transaction is[protected] DP CHGS Till sep-14- INR 238.76 and second transaction is[protected] DP CHGS Till sep-14- INR 435.40. When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. This is completely unacceptable and I want my MONEY BACK... Thanks.

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01522591 DP CHGS TILL APR-15'---- INR 561.80'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]
