Dear sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am the customer of icici savings bank and credit card user for past 4 years. I have posted one complaint on29th june 2015 stating that credit card settlement. Daily i am calling for settlement, till now i didn’t get any calls regarding settlement. And from 27th june 2015, daily 2 to 5 recovery agents are coming to my home and asking to pay the credit card bill and saying that 6th july is last date for your case. Am calling for settlement of the credit card again why this recovery agents are asking to pay the bills.
