[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction of charges smab from my account without informing me

I have been charged smab charges without any intimidation. following are the details.
30/12/2015 smab chgs nov15+stax65.25 515.25
27/01/2016 smab chgs dec15+stax65.25 515.25
26/02/2016 smab chgs jan16+stax65.25 515.25
24/03/2016 smab chgs feb16+stax65.25 515.25
16/05/2016 smab chgs mar16+stax18.584 146.75
13/07/2016 smab chgs apr16+stax0.13 1.00

Now they show my account with nil balance. i don't have any mail informing about this smab+sbc charges. no information has been given from icici regarding this no call, no mail and no message. so kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money.

No other banks have deducted such charges.
