[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Icici bank wrong charges | |||||
My name is Alpa Chauhan and maintaining my bank account with ICICI Bank for past 1 years and I have seen the below transactions today. They deducted Rs.2002.86 from my account for in 18th March, 2016. I have no idea why this has been deducted with out informing/notifying me. Looks like ICICI is not a safe bank for us, even though I maintained a good balance Please find the transaction details below My ICICI bank account number is[protected] Date: 18/03/2016 Remarks:BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.36 Amount: 2002.86 How come a bank can take a money with out informing a customer?
