ICICI Bank — ICICI-Provogue watch offer | |||
I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI mobile banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 11days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. Highly pathetic customer service. Please give me money back if not able to provide the watch.
