Sir, Please find the attached bills of my credit card which reflects September & October billing details. You are applying late payment charges in the October billing due late payment of 1300/- rupees which I have paid thru visa online payment on 3rd September 2016. The date also reflected on billing. But you have applied late payment charges. We are using online payment due to date to date transaction. Please take certain action to reduce the late payment for this month.
