ICICI Bank — Levied of interest of rs. 800 0n rs. 200

I am using ICICI card,
In June-16 my oustanding amount was Rs. 17700 & i made payment of Rs. 17500 & on that less payment of Rs. 200 bank has charged an interest amount of Rs. 821.
I am using other bank credit card also & they dont levy that much of interest of minimum less payment.
Policies & procedures are same for all the bank. After that ICICI bank charges interest but other banks do not charge amount like this.
ICICI bank do not have any reversal policy like other bank have.

So please resolve this issue i[censored] can.
