[Resolved] ICICI Bank Ltd — DP CHGS deducted without any prior notification

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 5 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 46054467 DP CHGS TILL JAN-15 When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is 004701***049. This is completely not at all acceptable. My ph : [protected] Thanks Naveen

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 00305551 DP CHGS TILL JAN-15 of amount Rs. 561.80; I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI; Am not sure why this deduction has been done. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
