Dear ICICI Bank, I have visited to your ICICI bank at Hindustan Naka Branch Charkop Kandivali West on Saturday 09/08/2014 at 10.30 am and given written request with application form + Pancard copy for changing Mobile & EMAIL ID for me and my Daughter Saving account. But Still changes were not done. I have called up your Customer Care also on 14.08.2014 and they told me to go at ATM or branch again to check the status. I am not excepting such revert like government bank are giving to customers. Kindly look into the same urgently and revert back to me or otherwise I will complaint to next authority.
