My loan is getting rejected because of the 900 days delay in final settlement on Civil Score but its not my fault. ICICI BANK customer service workers goofed it up for me for an eg., i have tried calling them when i changed my company and my salary account to pay or to give them a new account number they said i don't have any loan on my name, then i provided my pan card and dad name and also i gave my old address and still they stick to the same thing. then after 3 or 4 years i received a notice saying there is some money which i dint pay towards my loan which was 9, 000 rs which i cleared fully one shot and when i was clearing the manager named shivakumar confirmed that since i am paying the full amount the score will effect me in future loan procedure. Please help on this to get rid of this civil score NOTE: I DON'T HAVE PROOF WITH ME BUT YOU CAN CHECK MY CALL LISTS FOR PROOFS
