I regret to inform you that our saath apka has been failed. I opened 7 accounts and my colleague opened 1 account on April & May 2012 in those accounts LIC matured amount has been credited but account opened by a fraud person i was unaware regarding his fraud nature. I was terminated regarding opening of these accounts but my colleague also opened 1 account he was not terminated even continuing his duties how this can be happened if it is a fraud then both o[censored]s should be terminated or both o[censored]s should not be terminated then how only 1 person can be terminated.We came to know that this accounts are fraud accounts in LIC investigation but while opening accounts why RCU will not Verify if RCU verifies this will not happened. Even our Branch Manager pressures me to open account in any way or any method but you should open account . He pressuraises me more because my performance is better than others. This issue was happened on May 2012 but they took 1 year to terminate me if they wants to terminate they can do it in 3 to 6 months and even after doing very good business i didn't got my rating even my termination letter was issued on 15th April by HR but it was not dispatched i spoke with HR regarding my rating on 24th April even HR mislead me that don't worry your rating will come on 30th April but i got my termination letter on 3rd May. One of my customer Bhulau Ram Yadav gave me RS.1, 15, 000 to make Fixed Deposit so i gave my DBM that amount to do FD then i walked away from branch on call that customer was uneducated so DBM took it as advantage and mislead the customer by making him to thumb impression on LI form and said him that it is FD for 5 years even they did 3 LI's on this amount (30k, 35kand 50k) even our branch manager involved in this process. So is this not a fraud why no one is taking action on them . pls check my track record .I was joined in ICICI Bank on 10th Dec 2010 since then i tried my best and brought good business to bank. Dec 2010 to March 2011- Accounts opened SA-70 . April 2011 to March 2012-Total accounts opened:240(SA-151, CA-3, Salary Account-86), jewel Loan 5 lakhs, credit card 2, FD 5 lakhs, LI 2 lakhs. My MAB rank is 1078 of 8199 April2012 to March 2013-Total Accounts opened-198(SA-107, CA-31, Salary Account-60), jewel Loan 14.43lakhs, credit cards 3, FD-18lakhs, Li-14.36lakhs BWRP I was qualified for contests like: 1.connect contest on jan 2012 2.Life insurance of Vizag vijay on May2012 3.RH club award for LI on Aug2012 4.super star night forum for LI on Nov 2012 Even I got an offer from kotak Mahindra bank but my BM covinced me to be in ICICI because my good performance but he did not supported me regarding this issue he played with my carrier . I am having a small child of 5months atleast they should take it as first time and give me a chance. Even after not giving me rating i would work hard and do a good business.
