[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — MAB charges being deducted from savings a/c without notice

ICICI bank is cheating the common man by deducting MAB charges from the a/c without informing their customers that too on several occasions. RBI has given clear instructions to all the banks operating in India not to penalise customers for not maintaining minimum balance in their accounts. This is absolute clear violation of the rules. ICICI bank and many such private banks should come under the purview of RBI and RBI should take action against such banks operating in India who are just here to make money and not for doing any service. These banks are doing business by removing money from their customers accounts by showing MAB charges.
