ICICI Bank — Money not dispended due to powder failure

Hi,
I was withdrawing Rs.10000 on 2nd Mar 2015 from ICICI ATM situated at Akshaya nagar, bangalore from my Kotak bank debit card, in middle power failed and I have not received any amount but got confirmation msg on mobile that Rs.10000 is deducted from my account. I asked security guard and he told I’ll get my money back in 24hours but still have not received amount back.

Same day I called Kotak bank customer care and have informed them, they said if due to power failure then will get back in 3-4 days.

Can anyone please help or let em know what should I do now.
