I received sms confirmation same time that amount has been debited from my account. But that amount not received by beneficiary and inquired with ICICI bank customer care, they told it will receive on next Monday(28.09.2015), I checked on 29th and confirmed that it is not received by beneficiary. Due to urgency I again made another transaction on 29th with same beneficiary and the second transaction amount received by party. But still the first transaction not received by party as well as that amount not returned to my account. I received feedback from ICICI bank against above service request that check with beneficiary's bank, same time I received feedback from ICICI bank customer care that that amount will returned to my account within 3 working days, I received this feedback on 29th September, but still that first transaction amount not returned to my account as well as beneficiary's account. Again I received amail confirmation from ICICI bank on 6th October'15 that the amount will return on or before 10th Oct'15, but that money not yet returned to my account.
