ICICI Bank — No direct way to talk to a customer care representative.

I am a ICICI account holder and whenever I have trouble am unable to talk to a customer care representative. They call the numbers on their website as customer care but no option is available on call to talk to one. This is so misleading and I end up going to the branch everytime. Can they not have a straightforward option like 0 or 9 or anything to speak to a customer care on their customer care numbers? Why is it so difficult to speak to one? Does ICICI not want to provide easy help to their customers?

This is very horrible for me also. Even I am facing same issues; there is no direct option to select while calling on customer care no.

I can't understand why ICICBANK has made customer service so complex. I am in urgent need of customer care help & talking to there customer representative seems to be night mare to me.

They have given only certain options to choose while calling on customer care no. but what if my issue doesn't fall within those options. This is complete crap & very irritating for me.

This is called ### nonsense service. I've applied through amazon for credit card & my credit card application KYC & other documents was successfully verified by icici bank & after 5-6 days they rejected my credit card application with any no reason. So a disgusting & cheap quality bank I have ever seen. Minimum 50-60 time I've tried to reach out their CUSTOMER service but only one lady speaking nonsense word "Please aap kis bare me madad chahte hai wo boliye" & after speaking "Apne credit card number enter kijiye".
Same problem for me. I've tried more than 100 times and wasting money. Now days ICICI bank is like government bank. There is no option to select and talk to customer care. I've tried all 5 options.
this is seriously a concern, if someone is in need to talk to customer care without ATM care number or bank account number, then there is no option, also in my case, my debit card got blocked without my permission saying that it was compromised, now since card is blocked, i have no option to talk to customer care as whenever i try to authenticate my debit card with PIN which is blocked. I tried multiple to find an option to get the customer care, but frustrated results.
what is this loop hole in your system. Pls call me urgent, i need to understand why my card is blocked. reds Manas
icici persons offered me credit card.i gave my documents.once agin they called me for documents.i submit them.they reject the card. once again they called me for docments.they reject them.i never see this kind of worst service. when i called no one gave me proper response, .

I also face great difficulty particularly when you travel abroad. For some reason the password doesn't work you are finished. Nobody will pick up phone. Youcant talk to the Manager of your host branch, all online assistance are fake.IOB branch managers atleast speak if you contact the branch manager, in my experience.ICICI is good for only operations within India. If you travel abroad or wanting to interact with them or transact with them you will at peril
ICICI Customer care is worst in the world so far. This is really stupidity. There is no way to talk directly to customer care representatives. I have tried for almost 3 hours. We only call when we have some issues correct, when everything is alright why would ppl call you. Senseless ICIC bank.
i spent 45 minutes trying to speak to a damn human being and FINALLY got one, who tells me its not his department. Im closing my f*&#ing account tomorrow
Icici is crap, their CUSTOMER CARE and their inhouse banking employees as well. One hits the wall when he/she pciks up and dials the CC number. You cant get hold of them, if you arent calling from your phone. Meaning if you are ###ing stuck in the middle of the road and you have an important transaction to make, you better be ready to hit the ground. The wait for a rep is just so frustrating. CC skills is zero, its says privilege banking, but that privilege is out as soon as an account is set up. Its like the bank claims that its you who need to care a ###, we dont. Even if you threaten to close the account they would be more than obliging to close that for you. Bank is equally disastrous, the wait time is so bloody long that one can deliver a baby waiting for their turn to come. ICICI is a local government village mentality bank with just a camouflage of a private label bank.
If the bank need to be competitive it needs to have the mentality of its employees to change. But looks like its just they dont care a ### if you leave, coz they have someone else to bloody replace you.
Pathetic customer care of ICICI. I made payment on international site through my credit card and the bill I received is more than that ICICI sent me on my message. CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHY DONT YOU GUYS ADD AN OTION TO "TALK TO CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE". Its a shame that such a he bank's executive are unreachable on phone.
I have got my address changed my new debit card is getting delivered . When I visited the branch they told they can't change the address with rental address .call customer care and get it delivered to nearest branch .But your IVR is damn sucking .I don't find any option for that ...
Really the worst customer care service. Hell, their IVR don't let you talk to a customer care executive. Any Time you need support they are definitely not to help. What's the use of customer care number if you can't take up people's calls. Even the mail id's response is automated, so you can't even reach out to them over mail. I think they have intentionally kept things like this so that people get frustrated and at last leave it. Really can't expect this from such a big bank.
ICICI Bank is charging now even for listening the IVR options on their customer care number [protected], On Top of that, if you are lucky, your call may get connected with the customer care executive within 2 - 3 minutes and they also spend around 30 Seconds to a minute in customer verification, before start helping the customer with their issues.

This is frustrating, In a bank like ICICI Customer care number for saving account holders should be Toll Free.

Please tell us which number you dialed and which options you chose. All of us above and below, want to know how to speak to a human being at the ICICI helpline. Please share with us.

What is amazing is that the complaints visible on this site date all the way back to 2015 but nothing has changed.

What is also amazing is that only one response from ICICI is visible (kothapet), but no one is addressing the main issue which is that one cannot speak to a human being.

When deciding upon making an investment one should have a checklist and the first question should be NOT about the investment, but about the company's attitude. ICICI score zero on that.

I am trying to reach all ICICI customer care numbers to talk to representative and want to send money urgently as my indian debit card is no longer working as I came to US . when i am given to option generate pin, i pressed 1 and it cut the call immediately, i dont know what kind of pathetic services they are providing . I recommend everyone to come out of ICICI bank account unless they provide an option to talk to customer care representative .
Yesterday tried to reach to customer care executive from three different phones and it is not possible to reach a human being of costumer care..
Guess they have removed the option of direct discussion with customer care executive..
ICICI all official numbers asking to enter my 4 digits pin to continue to speak with someone, I mean really??????? Is this the procedure???
Why ICICI always makes us talk to a robot, that doesn't understand our query, I need to talk to a HUman being. I don't know why my Credit card application is got rejected, My Cibil score is high, I have been using an HDFC CC card for 2.5 years with no bad record...ICICI sent me 1 mail to confirm with no link with that, I want to talk to an executive asap. I have completed my Video KYC, uploaded all proper docs, already using ICICI Amazon Credit card, then what may be the reason behind declining my request
