ICICI Bank — No intimation of credit card application status

I had applied for a credit card, ICICI credit card application No: N[protected]/[protected]. There was no news about the card and when I traced the young man who took my application he said that the company received a message that the process was not completed with reason as CIBIL not found. I had taken a ICICI home loan in 2010 and recently foreclosed it this Mar 2015. I am surprised that a company of this stature does not adequately check its own records before making such remarks, all this after add verification by a second team etc. Name: Thomas Chacko Mob: [protected] CIBIL-- check my Home loan ac LBCOC[protected] Please take necessary action asap.
