ICICI Bank — No responce after taking my application.

I applied credit card through online, I got 20 calls to collect my documents, once I gave my aplapplication with all documents till date no call nither any communication I tried for stastatus still it is showing no records found. I called to reperepresentative who collected my records his no.[protected] and he switched off his mobile. One of the worse customer service providing by Icici.
