ICICI Bank — Not able to contribute in NPS Account | |||
I had opened NPS account with ICICI bank in December 2013. I had submitted the NPS form with ICICI bank. I am having salary account and I was able to make only one contribution in first quarter of 2014 through internet banking by adding NPS as biller. After that it got deactivated as biller. I had contacted customer care, ICICI branch and ICICI Direct also but till now even after 9-10 months no one was able to answer me how can I contribute in my NPS account. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

The NPS option to add as a biller is now available in website. So I can make contribution now through net-banking.
