ICICI Bank — not issuing experience later

I am an ex employee of ICICI Bank. My employee code was 275722. I resigned and completed my services at ICICI bank. Still now I havent received any experience or releiving letter from ICICI Bank. They are promising me to send but its been seven months and I havent received anything from them.
