ICICI Bank — old credit card settlment issue

My credit card no - [protected]. As i settled all the balance by paying last three amount dated 24 sep 2012 amount rs 4000, 28 Nov 2012 amount rs 5000 and Rs 3000 paid. All the settlement done through the above mentioned date and amount and i do have the receipt of the same. But when i apply for the loan through the bank they are asking about NOC for the above mentioned credit card no which i have paid already. Please let me know the problem where exist. Am i defaulter or not. Details is as below.
