[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Outstanding amount requested to pay without usage | |||||
Dear Sir / Ma'am, I was provided with the ICICI credit card 5239XXXXXXXX9004 and the pin was not delivered / provided to me. I was not able to use the card right from the start itself. Not even once I have used the card but I am getting the mails regarding the outstanding amount I need to pay is 3416 Rs. It'a a earnest request to resolve the issue, as this is the first time I am facing the issue or let me know that it was a mistake of mine to opt for the credit card from your bank.

I got a call from one of your executive and requested for the details, now it appears that it was a fake call and tried to do the transaction of 5000 Rs.
