ICICI Bank — PPF is not linked with my SB account

From: E..RADHAKRISHNAN H.NO.18, MUTHUMARIAMMAN KOVIL STREET MOOLAKALANI KAYARAMBEDU CHENNAI TAMIL NADU - INDIA - 603202 To The ICICI BANK LTD., Sir, I am having Saving Account in your CENOTAPH ROAD, Branch ICICI Bank, my Account Number is :[protected]. Rs 1500 has been debited from my account and credited in my PPF account:[protected] during November 14. After that it has not been deducted As per CENOTAPH ROAD, manager, PPF is not linked with my SB account, I am unable to deposit Amount in PPF Account as ECS was not provided. Un Necessarily Rs 1000 was debited from SB Account for not maintaining the Minimum Balance Rs10000 . As advised by your Bank staff I am struggling to Activate the PPF by running to CENOTAPH ROAD, Branch and Nungambakkam branch, As my profession is in Oragadam, Yesterday Approached Oragadam branch and as per them My PPF account is rejected.
