[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Refund for void sale not yet received.

Hi,
I am Nandaja Varma(cell:). I paid for a wrong bill 15 days back at Sherlocks pub in Bangalore. The wrong payment I made(Rs. 3093) was voided immediately and I was told that the amount will be refunded withing 3 days. But ICICI bank( thanks for the horrible terrible service) haven't refunded it even after 15 days. Extremely disappointing by the service. Please refund the money as you were supposed to do weeks back!

So it is resolved now. After 15 days, I got the refund.

The customer care just called me and I said I made the payment using my HDFC card at a restaurant which used ICICI merchant payment service and the guy immediately hung up on me. ICICI bank never fails to disappoint. Continue doing the worst work.

There should totally be a 0 or negative rating here. That's what they deserve.
