sir, I am your very old customer & making very regular payments well in time since last so many years & this time I have not received my statement nor e-mail regarding my payment dues(even though I have requested at your customer care to send my statement at my e-mail id on[protected] but still I have deposited my payment of Rs.672/- on[protected] in the drop box of icici bank, Sec-26, Noida but still you have levied late payment charges of Rs. 573.29 .Further I have paid you the charges but request you to please reverse these charges as there is no fault from my side and oblise My card no--[protected] Name -MAHENDER KUMAR AGGARWAL Address-B-60, Sector-27, noida-201301 Was this information helpful? | |||
