Hi Team, PFA the customer dispute form, the online transaction which was made on 13th Aug 2014, Amounted Rs.1604./- was unsuccessful, I have raised a complaint on the same, SR Number -SR[protected].After many follow-ups they asked me to submit the dispute form.attached the same.Kindly credit the total amount of Rs.1604./- and revert ASAP.
