[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rude & non cooperative behavior by Customer care | |||||
Sir/Madam I am an account holder of ICICI bank of Jorhat branch. I wanted to contact my branch manager. For assistance i called Customer care Assam. But the reply given by the Customer care officer was so ridiculous, I cann't imagine. She told me that you have to visit your branch for any query. Is it possible to visit the branch once I am sitting 2000 KM away. That to be for a small Issue. The number of Jorhat branch displayed on web as well as told by Customer care is[protected]. At least 25 times I called this number but no one is attending the call. I request the action need to initiated for Rude & non cooperative behavior by Customer care officer.
