[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rupees 805 got debited from my icici account

Hi team,

I have a demat account in icici bank from mostly 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '60387774 dp chgs till oct-16' — inr 805'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

If you are not refund my money. I will take an serious action.
I have seen so many people money were detecting in the same way without any intimation. Is this the way to treat icici customers???.

Refund my money back asap.

I want my money back immediately. Looking for your response within one day, if not I will do what needs to be done. I will complaint or file a case about the incident happens to me and how you treat ICICI customers.
