[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Sai vishnu petrol station | |||
I had filled petrol on 3.5.16 and was given two slips - one of which showed Transaction Failed, and was told that one of the two debits message received on my mobile would be reversed as the transaction has failed. I waited for a couple of days and wrote to Citibank whose credit card was used to swipe for the amount and they have written that two credits were given by them . I approached the petrol bunk and fortunately the owner was present to whom I showed the message but she blatantly refused saying that her bank which is ICICI in Bangalore has not received two credits. I have again got a reply from Citibank that they have positively given two credits and wanted me to give a confirmation that they should investigate. Could I request you also to investigate this at your end and do the needful. In one slip the authorisation code given is 250926. k.gopal.
