[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — statement sent for credit card for which replacement card is recieved

Hi, I am writing on behalf of Rahul Vasant Bobade. Rahul has received credit card statement claiming total amt due as Rs.3228 out of which Rs. 500 is late fees. The irony is Rahul has already received a replacement card after clearing all the dues on this card for which we have received the statement of dues. Please check and confirm as the dues should be nil for this account and there should be no late charge then. We do not even have this credit card number now since we were given a replacement card after clearing all the dues. Awaiting your swift response. Rgds Preeti Bobade
