[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Suspicious Fraud from my saving account

I am holding a saving's account of ICICI Bank from last 8 years. On 15th June 2015 there was a suspicious fraud of Rs.80000/- has done from my account without my information. After waiting for the bank's process to investigate on same, i am really depress that no outcome has come up.Its been now 37 days the has done and bank is denying to repay the amount. I am contacting to number of government authorities to get my money back. It was my hard earned money has kept in ICICI Bank's saving account, trusting on bank. There are number of mails i have wrote to ICICI management but, no valuable response till no i have received. At the time the fraudsters doing this transaction i have not received any alert from bank OTP, URN or confirmation of adding new benefeciary in my account to transfer the funds. As per the ICICI Bank's investigation my amount has got transferred in two different account through online. Bank is not giving me any reply about their security systems. I have faced a lot of harassment from bank side. As an salary person its really hard to save our money, and it is our hard earned savings. Bank is not at all bothering with anything. Its been 8 years i have a relationship with bank. Bank doesn't value for that too. Finally bank has replied me by saying that i need to take the Police assistance on this.They will not do anything further on this. While approaching for my complaint..i got surprised seeing that, multiple number of complaints are for ICICI Bank's fraud. Police, complaint forum board, cyber cell everywhere number of complaints for ICICI fraud. How can ICICI Bank disclose our personal account details to unknown...?(account number, mobile number, debit card number, current balance) I have literally begged to ICICI bank for my own money. I have totally lost my trust on ICICI Bank. Even don't know where we can keep our savings. After filing a complaint at Police Station, Cyber Cell, Commissioners's office, CM House and filed RTI too..(attaching all the documents) With the very high expectations i am approaching to the last door to you, would be grateful and thankful to your department if can get my money back. I have approached you with very high hope. Please help me. Its is really hard to earn money and losing your savings. My humble request to your department..please help me in reversing my amount of Rs.80000/-from ICICI bank. It worth for me a lot...i am not able to concentrate on my work, our life got disturb as we this amount has kept for some critical emergency. Will be highly appreciate and thankfully to your department. Looking forward for your valuable support.
