[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Torturing me since December 2014

I have been using ICICI credit card for the past 8years (both credit card and debit account ). I cleared all my CC bills on time. I stopped using credit card since 2012 . In 2014 November, there were few unauthorized transactions happened on my credit card. I neither lost mm credit card nor shared its credentials to others. I lodged a complain immediately by speaking to its customer care . As per their suggestion I visited BTM Bangalore branch and submitted all the required documents. Also they verified my original passport and visa pages and confirmed that they are good with verification . No additional documents are required as per that bank executive. After a week I saw that they reverted those unauthorized transactions but temporarily. After two weeks I got a call from ICICI bank and that customer care guy was saying that they never received my document . I went back to same btm branch and cross checked. They reconfirmed me that they had already sent my documents and even showed me the mail they sent . So I called ICICI customer care and handed over phone to BTM ICICI bank employee who sent my docs. That customer care guy was not believing and said that they hadn't received documents. So I scanned my docs and sent to ICICI customer dispute email and now our super ICICI customer care called me again to say that my passport is not clear and requested me to resend. Then I rescanned and sent. Again I wasn't able to satisfy ICICI. Third time I visited BTM branch and handed over my passport to them so that they can use the world's best scanner that they have . They scanned and showed mercy on me and promised that this time my issue would get closed. ICICI torture continues... Again getting calls from ICICI Chennai office.This time new way of torturing.. They call but no one talks ..Calling me every day but no sound..whatever .. I am never gonna pay single penny for those unauthorized transactions. I am ready to face ICICI.. Let them take the action .. I have tried my best to cooperate with them.But they never changed ..Worst ICICI ...

I got response on[protected] as below from ICICI([protected]@icicibank.com) for the above complaint

"I am the designated manager looking into your concern and I request you
to allow me time till 9:00 p.m. of August 31, 2015 to update you with
the status.

We appreciate your patience and request your co-operation in the said matter. "

I thought that ICICI would resolve my issue, I got another response on 31-August as below . This clearly tells that, ICICI cust care again bringing the issue to starting Point. I lodged the complaint that ICICI bank not resolving my issue even if I submitted my passport copies mutliple time to ICICI bank . But now again they wanted me to submit my passport copies. I do not want to submit any docuemnts of passport copies, let it happen whatever they wanted to do.. I am ready to face

Were you listening to my issue ????? or are you the new bee to look into my issue ..??

I was crying that ICICI singing the same old song.. Again you added a comment saying that you sent a super mail to me on 9/24.. I eagerly opened my email and the mail says that I need to resubmit my passport copies ..

How many times I need to submit ..???

I received the similar mails around 10..

If you can't help me in resolving this issues then leave it.. DoNot irritate me again and again.
