My new atm card is ending with 1556. I have tried to generate its pin online several times but it says grid authorization is disabled. I had visited their branch but they could not help. They told to call customer care only. Once i was able to speak with bank representative and he had even connected to generate pin on phone but call got disconnected.In their website, even after login, there is only 1 link for debit card while several links are for credit card. They have sent printed document with card mentioning that i can generate pin in atm after selecting the option in select language but the bank atm i visited did not have this option.
i do not know how can grid be disabled for new unused card? Now i have again called their call center but found that only debit card lost or unblock provision is there. No provision for talking to customer care representative. Even when i was able to talk with him, he did not enable my grid authorization & was only asking more & more questions to verify my credentials & genuineness.
please send detailed instructions to generate pin / enable my card grid authorization or send me pin on mobile.
