[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorized loan recovery harassment | |||||
My Name is Nanda Kumar and am an ICICI customer since a long time. One of the executive Mr Kumar (Mobile number [protected]) from ICICI Bank, Bommanahalli Branch, Bangalore (loan recovery team) had called and abused regarding the loan taken by someone else. He used foul words and unparlimentary words. This is case of mistaken identity. Later when I called the branch landline number [protected] no one answered the call for the whole day. When checked with customer care through phone they are unable to resolve. Am a ICICI bank account holder for 14 years and is this the way the customers are treated.
