[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unnecessary holding fund of customer ( Wealth Accounts) | |||
Hi, This is regarding my DD clearance which was Rs. 3.21 Lacs deposited on 27th Aug( Acknowledgement attached) before around 11.30 AM in ICICI Bank Ltd, 82, Janpath, Delhi branch, It is a DD and of standard chartered bank. It is not clear till date and every time icici bank customer clearance team communicate me that is under clearance. This is not the first time, it was happened with earlier also when i have deposited my 2 cheque of PC jewellers( Details attached) which was hold by bank and after 4-5 days they told me that please tell us the details of cheque after that they cleared. I am very despointed with the attitude of bank which you can see in below chat also how they are give the services to customer and hold fund unnecessary and earn interest. Team RBI - Request you to please lookinto this issue and give me the solution with interest on the delay.
