[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Urgent help.. no support from customer care team

Hi Team, I am Md. Samir has made a transaction of Rs14, 300.00 on 06/09/2014 with the account ending *****2003, but unfortunately the transaction made normal instead of converting to EMI hence i told the retailer to reverse the transaction but again tried to make the transaction and it was not successful due to insufficient limit. When I spoke to customer care 3-4 times it seems they are going to help me at all. It seems they are not trying from outside their limit. As a customer I should expect a better service from bank but instead customer care team is telling to contact to merchant. When transaction has done it was also same machine, and when transaction got reversed it was also the same machine. So I am confused if the transaction got success in the same machine why can't you see the cancellation also. Please help me out I need the limit to increased immediately. Thanks, Samir Mob-[protected]
