ICICI Bank — use of credit card by third person in my name

I am receiving calls on my mobile no [protected] from ICICI customer care regarding the use of credit card whereas i have never used the card even once in my life.So I don"t know how the card has been issued to third person in my name.I would like to know the details of person using it.If I did not receive the complete details, I will have no other option to file a court case in consumer court against the bank.
