[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Want to cancel my newly received credit card | |||
Hi Sir, I have received a Coral credit card Card Number[protected]***2 . The agent confirmed me that its a life time free card and there wont be any charges since I m holding a personal loan with ICICI Bank. Also informed me that my credit limit is 2 lakhs. But after receiving the card I understood that all charges are applicable for this card. When I checked this with customer care team, he put my call on hold for more than 30 mins. I dint use this card at all. I dont want this card. Please let me know what needs to be done. Was this information helpful? | |||
