[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Worst responce for your employers | |||
I am Adil Premkumar form Ambattur Chennai, I have applied for a Personal Loan through Online and one of your executive came and collected all the documents from me the very next day, but it is been more that 20 days there is no response from anyone when I check online it shows 100% completed.I have called ICICI bank customer care and they say it is not our part so kindly contact the Ambattur Estate Branch and I went there today to Personal Loan department, , they said that dont have any details about the Personal Loan and they called some one through phone and Mr.Naveen spoke to me telling that my form is been rejected for no reason, and when i caked him about the details he says he cannot give and he is not willing to give the correct contact person details whom i should meet. Atlas ICICI Bank has wasted my time and made me to go to you bank to understand the Service you are extending to your customer who has account in you own bank. He wanted me to wanted me to contact the collection guy who came for collecting my documents...( Funny answer)My Application No : [protected] Most funny thing is, he is not in a position to accept that the Application number given by ICICI Bnak is correct, he says it is wrong. and I am attaching the mail copy with this mail which is sent my ICICI to me after the application is been processed.This is how ICICI Bank works and this is the support you are giving to you customer. Worst support and worst service which is never expected form a reputed bank like ICICI.Regret to be your customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
