ICICI Bank — Wrong SMAB Charges | |||
Hi, My name is Varun Sharma & A/c no. is[protected]. I had opened a salary account in your bank 2 yrs ago. Last week i checked my mini statement as i was in a doubt of my balance to be incorrect & got a shock. I was debited Rs.515.25 twice for SMAB charges. I also filed an online complaint about this. But the reply i got was useless. They told me that my salary A/c was converted into General Saving A/c. But, here i want to make it clear that i was not informed anything about this conversion of my A/c or about any minimum balance that i had to keep in my A/c. I was even not informed anything before or after the deduction of above said heavy SMAB charges. This is really an unprofessional approach by ICICI bank. So i would request you to refund Rs.1030 to my A/c. So that i can consider to pursue my relations with ICICI bank Was this information helpful? | |||
