ICICI Credit Card — NOT GIVING APPLICATION STATUS

ICICI bank has taken all the subjected proofs from me and i have already filled in an application on Dt: 29/10/2014. My Application No : S[protected] My Name : G PRASAD Mobile : +91 [protected] Till date there is no feedback and no representative from ICICI have made a contact with me. Even i could not check my application status as it is consistently showing "no records found" as i check my status. This kind of service is not at all accepted from banking sectors. I need to know the immediate status of mine or atleast i need my proofs to be returned back.
