I renewed my policy on 21 aug, but till date[protected] i do not get telematic device. Sale person told me i will recive it with in 15 days. I complained about it in customer care but everytime they are telling they will update me after 2 days.
Today i called them but still no resolution. I am going to cancel this policy. Totally bad service rather i would say worst service. I will not recommend now anybody to go with icici lomard....

Sir my car insurance amount deduct my debit card but not success and further try to buy insurance plan and paid by credit card and success and pay rs. 21285 but same amount deduct my debit card on 21/08/2017.
