Icici Lombard — Claim not yet initiated since 10 months | |||||
Dear Sir, I hold a corporate health policy with ICICI Lombard since 30.08.2014 to till date, i've raised a claim through my H.O for the medical treatment held to my wife. I have send the documents to my agent as directed by him till date i did not receive any claimed amount. All were recorded in mail & whats app chat detail over mail.
