[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Complain regarding Claim with claim no. MOTO3508676 of Mr. Ashish kaushal

Date 29/Jan/ 2014Dear sir, With due respect I beg to state that I am insurance bearer of ICICI lombard. I have applied for my claim with claim no. MOTO3508676 for my vechicle on 1st January 2014 but till today I didn't get my claim amount return in my ICICI Account[protected].Day before yesterday when I inquired from ICICI Lombard Customer care then I was in deep pain and shocked that due to some error the amount has been transfered to another account. I have already registered my compalin with Customer care with reference no.[protected].This is really disgusting that how the international bank like ICICI can commit such blunders.Please transfer my prescribed amount as soon as possible in my ICICI account no.[protected] with account holder name as Ashish Kaushal.As per the promise the amount has to be transfered in the account within 15 days from the day with submission of all required documents and it has been almost one month that we are regularly following your executives and there is no answer for our call till date.I would request you to please expediate this matter on urgent basis otherwise I won't be able to renew my policy next year with ICICI lombard.======================================================================Date: 30/Jan/ 2014Reply By : [protected]@icicilombard.com.
