Icici Lombard — Deduction of amount from credit card | |||
Troday I talked to icici customer care executive regarding some credit card issue and after taking to him he diverted my call to policy department regarding some insurance policy. I told them to send all the details regarding that policy but I have been charged rs 10616 from my credit card for one o[censored]r policy but I don't want that policy as nobody told me full details of the policy . My wife booked train ticket. Opted insurance. Received message for nomination. Insurance company is Lombard insurance. When I pressed insurance company name to provide nominee name, there is nothing available to mention nominee name. Please guide me.
