Hi,

This is my mobile no. [protected]. Already I raised query regarding cancellation of insurance. Also from insurance side, they replied that they will cancel my policy and will refund within 7 business days. But almost am waiting for more than a month, still I didn't receive any notification regarding cancellation and refund not received. Please cancel my policy and refund the amount ASAP.

Sir/ Madam, i did my 2 wheeler insurance renewal through your Mobile app, in that process the amount got debited from my bank account but the payment was shown as unsuccessful/ error .

Kindly do the needful.
