[Resolved] ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. — Mediclaim Policy for 3 years purchased but they are refusing. | |||
I have renewed my mediclaim policy in August 2013 from ICICI Lombard. They asked me to pay Rs.38472/- which I paid and they sent me Policy renewal Document No. 4034i/FPP/82112746/00/000 from 12.08.2013 to 11.08.2016 to me. Now they are telling me that policy was for 2 years only so you have to renew the policy. I am a senior citizen and request you to kindly take up the matter with the company and instruct that the policy is for 3 years valid up to 11.08.2016. Was this information helpful? | |||
